Through my many years of martial arts experience, I bring not only fun, but also techniques from the TAE KWON DO in my training.
With a lot of sweat and perseverance, you learn to overcome your inner bastard and to fight through what helps you in everyday life.
The focus is on strength, endurance and coordination training as well as punch and kick combinations on claws.
Martial arts train body and mind, dynamic techniques improve your reaction speed.

The training is a one-to-one coaching so it can take place in your environment, at your home.

Endurance basically means nothing more than "resistance to fatigue".
Endurance training aims to improve one's physical condition and train the body to perform over a longer period of time.
It increases the performance of the heart-lung system, boosts the metabolism and protects against diseases.
Regular endurance training has a positive effect on organs, muscles and other body structures.

Functional training involves complex movements such as push-ups, plank variations and lunges,

For functional training you need little space. You can workout at home in the gym or outside.
